By making a purchase with our group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- AT ALL KPOP BL STORE
We act as intermediaries to facilitate purchases of specific products (such as K-pop albums, manhwas, merchandise, light sticks, etc.) from official platforms or international stores in Korea, Japan, the United States, Thailand, Taiwan, and China. - Made-to-order
All products are purchased only by order. This means that sometimes we do not have immediate stock or we have very limited stock . The customer must pay in advance for their order to be processed. - Prices and Payments
- Prices include VAT in accordance with the equivalence surcharge regime when applicable in Spanish peninsular territory.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, sales are not subject to peninsular VAT .
Any applicable taxes (IGIC, import duties, or fees) will be managed and assumed by the buyer. For shipments outside the European Union, prices do not include taxes, fees, or duties that may apply in the destination country, which will be assumed by the buyer. - Payment is made in euros (€) and by the methods indicated at the time of the order.
- Payments will not be accepted after the established deadline.

- Waiting times
- International orders may take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive after the warehouse quote. Remember that we handle a monthly shipment, and this may vary based on the quantity of products we have in the Korean warehouse.
- Any delay on the part of the supplier, customs, or courier is beyond our control , but we will actively follow up on each order.
- Thank you for your patience during this process.
- Changes or cancellations (ALLOWED)
- Refunds will only be issued if the supplier cancels or fails to deliver the product.
- The product has not been sent or reserved with the supplier.
- The product is not a pre-order or a custom order.
To manage any cancellation, you must send us an email at allkpopglobal.store@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 637 99 4847.
- Changes or cancellations (NOT ALLOWED)
- Once payment has been made, cancellations or returns of pre-sale products are not accepted , as the order is placed directly with the supplier (advance purchase subject to reservations).
- Pre-sale products
In our store, you can find pre-sale products. If a pre-sale order is included with items we have in stock, the order will not be shipped until all products are available. - A delay in the arrival of a reserved product does not exempt you from its purchase, so the cancellation of a reservation due to a delay in arrival will not be accepted.
- Custom-made products or products not found in our catalog.
- Products that include exclusive benefits, which have already been requested from the distributor.
Legal framework
In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 :
"The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised."
- Errors or damages
- Minor damage to the packaging (as well as scratches, wrinkles, and dents) is excluded from claims. The packaging serves to protect the product.
- Buyer's details
- It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
- Communication
- All information and updates will be provided through the group's official channels (Instagram, WhatsApp).
- We recommend that you constantly check the notices to stay informed about the status of your order.
- Shipping
National and international shipping is carried out through Correos, Inpost, and DHL.
