Refund Policy
We only accept returns if:
- The customer must report the incident within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its components .
Returns and cancellations are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products on pre-sale or made to order , as they are purchased specifically for the customer. (Advance purchase subject to reservations)
- Custom-made products or products not found in our regular catalog.
- Pre-sale products
In our store, you can find pre-sale products. If a pre-sale order is included with items we have in stock, the order will not be shipped until all products are available. - A delay in the arrival of a reserved product does not exempt you from its purchase, so the cancellation of a reservation due to a delay in arrival will not be accepted.
- Customized products or products that include exclusive benefits previously requested from the distributor.
- Open , used, or unboxed products (unsealed ).
- Cancellations requested after payment has been made and the order has been processed with the supplier.
Applicable regulations
Custom orders and products:
Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 : "The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."
Unsealed products:Article 103.e of the same decree : "The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery."
Return costs:
Article 108.1 : "The consumer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the trader has agreed to bear it or has not informed the consumer that they are responsible for bearing that cost."
The customer must assume all shipping and return costs .
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed .
- In the case of packages returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect , the costs of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
