Terms and Conditions of Purchase

By making a purchase with our group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. We are a group order (Group Order “GO”)
    We act as intermediaries to facilitate purchases of specific products (such as K-pop albums, manhwas, merchandise, light sticks, etc.) from official platforms or international stores from Korea, Japan, the United States, Thailand, Taiwan, and China.
  2. Made-to-order items
    All products are acquired only on request. This means we do not carry immediate stock . The customer must pay in advance for their order to be processed.
  3. Prices and payments
    • The price only includes the cost of the product at origin; the cost of international shipping and customs is additional and will be disclosed to you upon arrival in Spain.
    • Payment is made in the currency and using the methods indicated at the time of ordering.
    • Orders usually have two payments (for example: 1st payment for the product + 2nd payment for international shipping (EMS)).
    • If the customer does not complete the second payment within 7 business days, they will have to pay €1 per day of delay, and after 15 days their order will be considered abandoned with no option for a refund or claim.
    • Payments are not accepted after the established deadline.
  4. Waiting times
    • International orders may take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive after the warehouse quote. Remember that we handle monthly shipments, and this may vary depending on the quantity of products we have in the Korean warehouse.
    • Any delays caused by the supplier, customs, or courier service are beyond our control , but we will actively monitor each order.
    • Your patience is appreciated during this process.
  5. Changes or cancellations
    • Once payment has been made, no cancellations or returns are accepted , as the order is placed directly with the official website, and they specify that they cannot make cancellations due to a simple change of mind or for any product that has scratches or marks, since the outbox only serves for protection.
    • Refunds will only be issued if the supplier cancels or fails to deliver the product.
  6. Errors or damages
    • We are not responsible for supplier errors or damage caused by the packaging. However, we will assist with the claim if possible.
  7. Buyer information
    • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information.
    • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
  8. Communication
    • All information and updates will be given through the group's official channels (Instagram, WhatsApp).
    • Please check the notifications regularly to stay informed about the status of your order.
  9. Shipping
    National and international shipping is done through Correos, Inpost, and Vinted.

  11. Domestic and international shipments are made through the following services:

    • Postal Service (Regular mail or registered mail)
    • InPost
    • Vinted

    IMPORTANT:
    If you choose the standard letter option (Stamped letter) , please note that it does not include tracking and, as it is an unregistered shipment, we are not responsible for losses, delays or damage incurred during transit.

    For added security, we always recommend choosing tracked shipments .

  12. Conduct
    We reserve the right to refuse future orders from buyers who do not comply with the terms, are disrespectful, or abandon orders.
