How does it work?
- You send your products directly to our EU Box address.
This service uses an address different from that of the warehouse , exclusively for Box EU.
It is very important that you confirm in advance that you will be using this service so that we can give you the correct address. - We'll group your order into a shared shipment.
Your package is included in one of our consolidated shipments to Spain, along with other orders (as in our Group Orders). - You receive your package in Spain without any complications.
Upon arrival in Spain, it will be delivered to you by courier. The entire process is optimized to minimize costs and avoid customs issues. - If you are from the Balearic Islands
Please note that all products shipped by Box EU first arrive in Madrid, Spain. Some regions, such as the Balearic Islands, may be subject to local VAT or customs charges, which are not included or covered by us . We recommend checking customs conditions before using this service. - If you are from other EU countries
For intra-community shipments, no additional VAT charges should be applied upon receipt of the package, but we suggest verifying the customs conditions.
